·Take Suji & maida in a bowl and prepare a smooth batter
using milk. Batter should be without any
lumps and leave it overnight. If weather is hot and humid keep it in
refrigerator else outside. ·After 6 Hrs : Take out the batter and add sugar into batter
and mix well until sugar dissolve completely (add milk if required) ·Stir the batter continuously for 5-10 minutes so that batter
become smooth. This is a very important process as it makes Malpua Soft. ·If in case batter becomes thin, Add extra suji into batter
and mix well and leave it for another 1 hour. ·If in case batter becomes thick, Add extra milk and prepare
smooth batter. ·Add chopped dry fruits into batter and mix well. ·Take a deep pan on gas stove , put oil and let the oil heat
on a medium flame. ·Put the batter at the centre of the oil with the help of
spoon , it will take a its round shape itself. ·Flip it when it turns golden red and wait for the other side to become red too. ·Remove the Malpua from the oil and drain excess oil from it.serve hot.
