Bread Gulab Jamun is  a very awesome recipe and tasty enough to confuse you with Khoya Gulab Jamun.I have learned this recipe from my sister who is a superb cook so without wasting much of your time let's start with the recipe . Ingredients:                                                                     Ø Bread (White/Brown)- 10 pcs Ø Raisins (Kismis) -10 pcs Ø Milk -1 cup Ø Pure Ghee – ½ tea spoon Ø Sunflower oil for frying For Sugar Syrup   preparation Ø Sugar -500 grams Ø Water – 1 cup Ø   cardamom  powder (elaichi powder) -1 tea spoon ·         Cut the brown side edges of the bread and keep it aside. ·         Break the bread into small pcs in a Bowl ·       Prepare a soft dough using milk and  mash it for 10 –15 minutes till its soft.It is very  Important step for soft Gulab Jamuns. ·         Cover the dough with  wet cotton clothes and l eave aside for 15 minutes ·         Take a deep bottom pan, and add 1 cup of water ,

Nariyal Chawal Ki Kheer When you are bored of eating normal chawal ki kheer and you are in mood of giving a twist to your normal kheer then its time to try this recipe.Its amazing.I had once tried it in my friends's place and and was taken off by its taste.I decided to try it myself and believe me friends its turned out so well in first attempt that even I was surprised. Ingredients: Ø Rice -1/2 cup Ø Coconut (Narial) -1/2 Ø Milk -1 liter Ø Sugar -1/2 cup Ø Chopped Dry fruits – 25 grams (Appox..)   Step by step Procedure: ·         Wash rice in a bowl. ·      Prepare a smooth paste with rice & pieces of Coconut using 2 spoon of milk. ·       Boil 1 liter of milk on gas stove. ·     Pour the prepared rice coconut paste slowly into boiling milk and keep stirring to avoid formation of lumps. ·        Cook it for    5-8 minutes over low flame stirring continuously. ·       After 8 minutes,add sugar as per your taste and mix it for 10-15

Sooji Ka Malpua                                                                               INGREDIENTS Suji (Semolina) -2 cup Maida (All purpose Flour) -1 cup Milk -3 cup Sugar -3 cup Chopped Dry fruits – 50 grams (Appox..) Oil (For frying)      ·         Take Suji & maida in a bowl and prepare a smooth batter using milk. Batter  should be without any lumps and leave it overnight. If weather is hot and humid keep it in refrigerator else outside. ·         After 6 Hrs : T ake out the batter and add sugar into batter and mix well until sugar dissolve completely (add milk if required) ·         Stir the batter continuously for 5-10 minutes so that batter become smooth. This is a very important process as it makes Malpua Soft. ·         If in case batter becomes thin, Add extra suji into batter and mix well and leave it for another 1 hour. ·         If in case batter becomes thick, Add extra milk and prepare smooth batter. ·         Add chopped dry fruits i
